Repairing CD-ROM or DVD-ROM
In this video i explain you step-by-step on how to repair a CD-rom or DVD-ROM. This doesnt apply to either cd writer or dvd writer. If your cd-rom or dvd-rom is hanging constantly on dvd’s , this tutorial is just for you. Be careful while performing this. I’m not responsible for anything you do.

I got the same problem. I got to the point with the side clips that must be pushed in with the screwdriver, but what I didn’t do is eject the tray which is no wonder I couldn’t pull off the front to get to the lens.
I’ll give it another go.

omg i opend my cd rom and they was a cd stuck in it lol hopefully it work now

ty very much i have got my computer working after 1 year cause the cd rom had a disk stuck in it and my computer would not work cause dll error and now i can reformat it

hey hi i have just follow your video step by step and i have cleaned the lens with a piece of toilet paper and water. and i touched all the lens. all over it. and i did pressed it with the paper. now my doest read. before it was reading but not writing help me plz. thanks so much now i can open a cd rom.

are u talking about the reading problem too? cause if u talk about it, i will make these steps that u shown on this video. if u dont, then this doesnt solve my cd reading problem.
