Your Questions About Dvd Burners Best Buy

Susan asks…
best place to buy dvd burner?

admin answers:
Depends on where you live and your level of experience/knowledge on what you’re looking for. There’s always the big box retailers like Best Buy, Circuit City & Fry’s Electronics if you want to browse first. Personally, I like to go through the Craigslist for sale section since I generally know what I’m looking for. Prices are good and (for the most part) the items for sale (and the sellers) are decent.

Laura asks…
i am going to purchase a windows xp professional @Best Buy. Will it have a DVD burner in it? Or do i have -?
to buy the software for the dvd burner? thanks.

admin answers:
XP does not support native DVD burning. You can burn to a CD with XP, if you want to have built in DVD burning you will have to use Vista.

Sandy asks…
Can anyone tell me what is the best bargain when it comes to buying DVD burners for PC?

Do your homework… Research, research, research…
Look on Ebay. I’d only buy new though. I got a Sony drive on Ebay for about $40 including shipping.
